Medical Evalution of Chess Players

Dear Players

Subject : Medical Evaluation of the age of Chess Players

The Medical Evaluation to determine your age, will be held at Chennai on 09th , 10th & 11th March , 2011. In view of the above you are requested to kindly register on the date allotted to you at 08.30.A.M. at Room.No.75, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Chennai - 600 003 ( Near Chennai Central Railway Station ). The expenses in connection with the medical test and boarding & lodging will be borne by the player. Further, you can leave for your home town on the same day night after the medical test. Player who does not attend the test will not be allowed to participate in any age related tournaments in future. On receipt of this mail, you are directed to confirm immediately to the above arrangement as we need to inform the Hospital of your participation in the medical test.

Further, apart from the players identified below and others who do not have proper documents as per AICF rules may kindly avail this opportunity to clear their age related issues. Such players may mail to AICF giving their preference in the three dates mentioned below.
